The NARTOPA Guarantee (Return & Refund Policy)
We want you to be delighted with your purchase.
We put our heart and soul into the one-of-a-kind marble homewares we create, and we want every customer who purchases one of our products to feel nothing short of delighted.
If, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 15 days and we will be happy to provide a refund or replacement.
While we hope that you will treasure your new NARTOPA product, we will endeavour to make the returns process as simple as we can.
- You have 15 calendar days to return an item to us, from the date that you receive it.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned to us unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Your item must be in its original packaging.
- You must return your product along with its receipt or proof of purchase.
- Where a product you receive from us is deemed damaged or faulty, please notify us as soon as you receive the goods - providing pictures if possible - so that we can inform you of the next steps.
- Once we have receive your item, we will notify you.
- We will check the condition of the product and immediately notify you of the status of your refund.
- All approved refunds will be processed back onto your original method of payment.
- Refund processing times will vary, depending on your credit or debit card provider.
- Should you have any concerns about your refund, please get in touch.
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item you receive is damaged.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable - except in the event of an error on our part.
